Groundbreaking ceremony for Boustead IP phase 2A managed by Boustead & KTG Industrial

Boustead and KTG Industrial officially began construction of the second phase of their IP in Dong Nai

Tran Quang Trung, general director of Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) presided over a groundbreaking ceremony that was attended by Dang Trong Duc, CEO of KTG Industrial – the representative of the co-manager in this project – as well as representatives of CBRE, JLL, Savills, Colliers, and many other agents and partners in the industrial real estate industry.

Phase 1 of Boustead Industrial Park (BIP) was completed in November 2019 and is fully occupied. Phase 2A of BIP comprises of ready-built factories of a total gross floor area of approximately 38,000 square metres.

BIP is an 18.69-hectare development comprising of ready-built factories and build-to-suit industrial facilities located in Nhon Trach 2 - Nhon Phu, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province which is next to Ho Chi Minh City. The factory is surrounded by key transportation infrastructure with three main ports, two expressways, and the future international airport of the Southern Key Economic Zone. Here, industrialists will not only operate in facilities which have been built and managed according to the highest Singaporean standards but also benefit from reliable one-stop services from front-end consultation to recurring assistance throughout the investment lifecycle.

Ground-breaking ceremony for the second phase of Boustead IP
