Since its official launch, iHanoi has received 23,910 on-site reports and citizen feedback submissions. Among these, city authorities have processed 19,871 reports, accounting for 83.1 per cent; rejected 1,501, representing 6.3 per cent; are currently processing 1,238, making up 5.2 per cent; and are waiting to process 1,300 reports and recommendations.
The application has also received 1,859 reports regarding administrative procedures. City authorities have processed 307 reports, accounting for 16.5 per cent; transferred 130 for processing, representing 7 per cent; have 449 pending receipt; and have rejected 968 reports and recommendations.

Regarding administrative procedures, iHanoi has also recorded 1,306 citizen suggestions and initiatives.
Through this platform, the city has communicated 2,219 instances.
After over four months of deployment, the application demonstrates the city government's high enthusiasm and determination to prioritise "citizens and businesses as service centres", while effectively exploiting Government Project 06 to serve digital citizen utility groups.
According to information from the Hanoi Public Administrative Service Centre, as of November 21, approximately 16 million users had accessed and used the iHanoi application. Currently, 1,446,705 people have registered accounts on iHanoi. Among these, 70,573 users have registered using VneID.
On November 11, the city integrated VNeID electronic identification accounts into iHanoi, enabling citizens to log in using VNeID accounts. The integration of VNeID into iHanoi is a progressive step, bringing more benefits to the capital's residents.
Citizens now only need to use the VneID electronic identification account to access and utilise services and applications provided by Hanoi government agencies, including the iHanoi application and Hanoi Public Service Portal.
In the future, the city will introduce a mobile electronic tax application on iHanoi.
