Through this platform, the city has communicated 2,219 instances.

After over four months of deployment, the application demonstrates the city government's high enthusiasm and determination to prioritise "citizens and businesses as service centres", while effectively exploiting Government Project 06 to serve digital citizen utility groups.

According to information from the Hanoi Public Administrative Service Centre, as of November 21, approximately 16 million users had accessed and used the iHanoi application. Currently, 1,446,705 people have registered accounts on iHanoi. Among these, 70,573 users have registered using VneID.

On November 11, the city integrated VNeID electronic identification accounts into iHanoi, enabling citizens to log in using VNeID accounts. The integration of VNeID into iHanoi is a progressive step, bringing more benefits to the capital's residents.

Citizens now only need to use the VneID electronic identification account to access and utilise services and applications provided by Hanoi government agencies, including the iHanoi application and Hanoi Public Service Portal.
