Fintwin expands network at K-Global event

The event enticed state agencies, organisations, and companies from both Vietnam and Korea to bolster cooperation between the two countries in IT, export consulting, and investment attraction, as well as support businesses entering the Vietnamese market.

Attending the event were the deputy ministers of Science and Technology of Vietnam and Korea, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Ho Chi Minh, National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), and Korea Software Industry Association (KOSA) together with more than 100 Vietnamese and Korean companies.

'K-Global@Vietnam 2023' was an opportunity for Fintwin to grasp the current status of Vietnam's finance, ICT and Fintech industries as well as introduce the company's products and services to the Vietnamese market.

Fintwin and MB Bank signed a cooperation contract to deploy electronic financial services

As witnessed by the South Korean and Vietnamese deputy ministers, Fintwin and MB Bank signed a cooperation agreement to develop e-finance services. The move marks a turning point in Fintwin's development to provide payment services. The two partners believe that this cooperation will help Vietnamese and Korean enterprises with their digital transformation in the near future.

Chung Dongkwan, general director of Fintwin shared, “In addition to Fintwin's current e-finance services, we are also incubating many other projects and products to increase the payment experience for customers, and hope the state will propose relevant policies so that many new ideas on electronic payment will soon be realised, contributing to the cashless society in Vietnam.”

These ideas have been supported by Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Van Tung.

On the same day, Fintwin welcomed major banks to its booth such as OCB, Sacombank, HDBank, UOB, and Shinhan Bank. The Korean company had discussions with major fintech and IT companies such as MoMo, Mat Bao, VMO as well as Vietnamese investment consulting firms.

Running the business with the VAN (Value Added Network) business model based on the connection between Banks and B2C and G2C businesses in various fields to provide e-finance services to make businesses’ payment easily, this event has helped Fintwin expand its networks with banks and large enterprises as well as bring Fintwin's services closer to businesses.
