Coteccons has reported robust FY2025 results with strong revenue growth

Consolidated net revenue in Q4 reached VND8.351 trillion ($344 million), up 26.6 per cent compared to the same period last year.

For the full 12 months, net revenue totalled VND24.867 trillion ($994.6 million), marking an 18.2 per cent increase from fiscal year 2024.

Gross profit in Q4 came in at VND216 billion ($8.6 million), while full-year gross profit reached VND 778 billion ($31 million), up 9.2 per cent on-year. The gross profit margin stood at 2.58 per cent in Q4 and 3.13 per cent for the full year.

Net profit after tax in Q4 reached VND196 billion ($7.8 million), nearly tripling the figure from the same period last year.

For the full fiscal year, net profit was VND454 billion ($18.1 million), representing a 46.6 per cent on-year increase.

According to Bolat Duisenov, chairman of Coteccons, this strong performance was mainly attributed to higher construction volumes, on-schedule project handovers, and improved cost control.

"In FY2025, Coteccons recorded a total value of new contract wins exceeding VND29.1 trillion ($1.16 billion), a 32 per cent increase compared to FY2024. The backlog at the end of Q4 stood at VND 35.353 trillion ($1.4 billion), one of the highest levels in recent years," said Duisenov.

In Q4, Coteccons continued to expand its project portfolio with several new involved developments, including phase three of Eaton Park by Gamuda Land, Ecopark Central Park Vinh, New Urban Area developed by MIK in Hanoi, Nam Phuong Hotel Block and Hon Thom Resort Complex in Phu Quoc, and The Global City developed by Masterise Homes in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the General Statistics Office, Vietnam's construction sector grew by 9.62 per cent in the first six months of 2025, the highest growth rate for the same period across 2011-2025.

The construction outlook remains positive, driven by broader economic growth and increasing demand for construction, particularly in infrastructure, public investment, and real estate development.
