Cees 't Hart, President of Carlsberg Group, the world’s largest brewer, paid a visit to Vietnam last month to celebrate its 175-year journey “in pursuit of perfection.”
This is Cees 't Hart's second visit to the country since his first trip to the market in 2016.
“Carlsberg is honoured to be one of the earliest major Danish companies to enter Vietnam at the beginning of the Doi Moi period. Since 1993, we have actively contributed to creating and constantly strengthening the partnership between the two countries. Carlsberg has been the first large Danish investor in Vietnam in the early 90s.” Cees 't Hart said.

As part of his visit, the president of Carlsberg Group attended the “175-year Anniversary Experience” event in Ho Chi Minh City. The event honoured Carlsberg's nearly two-century journey of making science and brewing contributions by telling unique stories.
Besides attending the event, Hart also met with staff members at the Carlsberg Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh. During his visit, he expressed his gratitude to all employees for their dedication to offering customers high-quality beer products.
Not only has Carlsberg’s investment helped to strengthen and tighten the relationship between Vietnam and Denmark, but it has also facilitated thousands of jobs for Vietnamese people.
Carlsberg's commitment to the Vietnamese market has been demonstrated through consistent investment and the introduction of high-quality products.
Carlsberg will strive to write the story of "pursuing perfection" in the future by researching, discovering, and developing new beers with unforgettable flavours for people in Southeast Asia's largest beer-consuming country.
