To reach the target, within five years, Vincom planned to develop about 10 large-scale plazas with more than one million square metres of international standard retail space.
Vincom Centre will be the brand name of all below 100,000 square metre retail projects belonging to Vincom JSC.
Vincom City Towers Hanoi will be changed to be Vincom Centre Hanoi.
By the end of this December, the company will also open new 40,000sqm Vincom Centre Long Bien. Besides traditional retail space, the project will comprise areas such supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment areas, spas and gyms.
In coming years, Vincom JSC will introduce retail developments branded Vincom Centre in Hanoi’s Dong Da district, Haiphong and Danang.
In parallel with developing retail development branded Vincom Centre, Vincom JSC will also develop a string of retail projects branded Vincom Mega Mall with more than 100,000sqm of net leasable areas.
Vincom Mega Mall projects will satisfy all of customers’ demand for shopping and entertainment by offering a number of large stores, restaurants, cafés, skating-rinks and world games.
Currently, Vincom JSC is developing a 230,000sqm Vincom Mega Mall in Times City project at No.458 Minh Khai Street, Hanoi and another 200,000sqm retail development in Royal City project at No.72A Nguyen Trai street, Hanoi’s Thanh Xuan district.
In which, about 60 per cent of retail space in Vincom Mega Mall at Royal City was leased. While the Vincom Mega Mall at Times City will start operating in April 2013 and to be the first retail development branded Vincom Mega Mall opened in Vietnam.
