Viettel Post, part of Viettel, won a gold and two bronze Stevie awards at the International Business Awards in Rome on October 13.

The company achieved the gold award for the Website and Mobile Application category for its ViettelPost app.

In addition, the company received two bronze awards in the Company of the Year category, specifically in Transportation and Consumer Services, for its exceptional customer care service.

ViettelPost App, one of the six gold-award winners at the event within Viettel Group, has undergone a complete transformation since the beginning of 2023.

It has continuously upgraded and introduced a range of new features. These include a comprehensive UI/UX upgrade, personalised interfaces for customers, and the establishment of multichannel interactive systems to enhance the overall customer experience.

Moreover, the app has successfully integrated 21 digital services across the key areas of insurance, travel, health, finance, and games.

Currently, Viettel Post holds the top position in the country's logistics sector, offering a comprehensive range of services.

The latest version of the app has significantly optimised customer’s order-placing time by up to 40 per cent compared to the previous version.

As a result, during the first nine months of this year, the number of successful orders on ViettelPost App witnessed an increase of nearly 50 per cent. Additionally, the app’s user base has been growing, with the number of regular users surging by more than 20 per cent during the same period.

Viettel Post's customer care service received a bronze award in the Consumer Services category, thanks to the integrated multichannel customer care system and swift response to customer inquiries and complaints.

The integration of customer feedback into a unified system has proven highly beneficial for Viettel Post, resulting in optimising nearly 85 per cent of the time required for processing customer feedback, while simultaneously witnessing a significant improvement of almost 70 per cent in the quality of service feedback.

Viettel Post was honoured with the bronze award in the Company of the Year for the Transportation category, becoming the first Vietnamese delivery and logistics enterprise to be nominated in the category.

Currently, Viettel Post holds the top position in the country's logistics sector, offering a comprehensive range of services including logistics solutions, acting as general agents for airlines, international freight forwarding, and nationwide import and export freight forwarding and transport networks.

Viettel Post's logistics ecosystem is built on advanced and modern infrastructure, incorporating state-of-the-art technology. It provides a full suite of services, encompassing delivery, supply chain management (warehousing, transportation, and forwarding), and cross-border e-commerce solutions. This all-inclusive offering caters to the logistics needs of both domestic and international corporate clients.

In the forthcoming time, the company plans to leverage cutting-edge technology in the logistics sector to undertake a complete modernisation of its operations, optimising productivity, reducing sorting time, and enhancing accuracy in the products-assorting process.

These efforts are driven by the aim to meet the growing demands of customers for services and enhance user experience on digital platforms.

In 2023, the International Business Awards received over 3,700 applications from businesses spanning 61 countries and territories worldwide.

Viettel this year became the first Vietnamese enterprise to secure an impressive 18 awards.

Viettel has been participating in the IBA since 2016, establishing itself as the most successful Vietnamese enterprise in the history of the competition, having won a remarkable 85 awards for its products and achievements.
