Under the theme “Digital Transformation and Partnership for Green Logistics”, VILOG 2025 will showcase groundbreaking advancements in automation, AI, IoT-driven supply chains, and eco-friendly transport solutions. The event will also facilitate dialogue on policy frameworks and best practices to accelerate the green transition.

VILOG 2025 is expected to welcome the participation and cooperation of global logistics promotion organisations and associations, as well as many leading names in machinery, equipment, spare parts, and warehouse management technology.
It will also bring together major brands such as Nippon Express, Vietnam Post, Saigon New Port, Transimex, Bee Logistics, Isuzu, Ratraco, TTC, MCC World, Tradelinks, Ahamove, Konoike Vinatrans, and OPL.
Beyond exhibition and business matching activities, VILOG will feature a series of in-depth seminars, providing a comprehensive overview of current market conditions and trends, financial solutions for sustainable development, and the impact of the digital era on the logistics industry.
In addition, businesses will have the opportunity to participate in a field trip to the Logistics Hub at Long Hau Industrial Park, to explore a green and clean industrial model that is a key logistics centre in southern Vietnam.
The new highlight of this exhibition will be VILOG Talk, a forum exclusively for exhibitors to introduce their services and technologies, while sharing firsthand insights and perspectives on the most pressing issues in today's logistics industry.
There will also be a business matching programme. This initiative aims to attract industry businesses and cargo owners to visit, explore collaboration opportunities, and discover the most optimal logistics solutions.
To be co-organised by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association and VINEXAD Company under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, with strong support from the Agency of Foreign Trade, the exhibition is expected to welcome 20,000 visitors over its three-day duration.
Tran Thanh Hai, deputy director general of the Agency of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, stated, "The Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition marks an important milestone, serving as a gathering place for logistics enterprises to come together and shape a path towards a more sustainable future. By emphasising the importance of green logistics as the foundation for sustainable development, we aim to inspire meaningful discussions, foster valuable connections, and accelerate the implementation of environmentally responsible changes."
