With only one category named Responsive Human Capital Initiative, the Awards will continue to be a forward-thinking, pioneering, and premium playground for human resources solutions, and to honour enterprises' spirit to overcome adversity in Vietnam in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is the one and only award about human capital strategies, organised by the Labour and Social Affairs Newspaper – the mouthpiece of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) in tandem with Talentnet Corporation.

Since 2014, Vietnam HR Awards has been well-received by most enterprises in Vietnam and has become a challenging playground for business leaders in general and Vietnam’s human resources community in particular.
Regarding award structure, the special edition of Vietnam HR Awards 2020 has a single category known as Responsive Human Capital Initiative with 12 prizes divided into two separate groups. Application is open for every enterprise with more than one-year establishment in Vietnam using from 50 employees.
Along with this, six prizes are dedicated to enterprises with excellent human capital responses that are able to meet the needs of our time, and six others are dedicated to top HR leaders for their great effort and leadership in having the initiatives in place, helping businesses thrive and shine.
Vietnam HR Awards 2020 has partnered with leading corporations including SeABank, AA Corporation, and Adamos. The deadline for candidate companies to submit the application is August 1, 2020.
