Using 4.0 technologies in diagnosis and treatment, TH Medical will provide high-quality healthcare services for locals and foreigners and help reduce the number of patients who go abroad to receive medical treatment, according to TH Group, contributing to keeping in the country the nearly $2 billion that is annually spent by the public on medical treatment overseas.
The project’s technological and expertise partners include Israel’s MedicDan and Staromedic, and Japan’s Ashikaga Redcross Hospital, Keio University, and Keio Hospital, as well as a number of other foreign partners. Besides, TH Medical also co-operates with many prestigious doctors, professors, and medical experts who will directly work at the complex.
“With great support from Hanoi’s authorities and confidence from the public, we will develop the project into a symbol of the harmonious combination of modern and traditional healthcare methods, bringing high values to the public,” said Thai Huong, founder of TH Group.
Also at the ground-breaking ceremony, TH Medical also signed a co-operation deal with Keio University and Keio Hospital on managing, operating, and exchanging personel for the medical complex.
TH Medical is one of the six pillars of TH Group's investment, rounding out the areas of nutrition-health, environment, education-people, community, and animal welfare.
For the last 10 years, TH Group has been operating a $1.2 billion project in Nghe An province’s Nghia Dan district, featuring a state-of-the-art dairy cow farm and fresh milk production plant which currently has 49,000 dairy cows and a capacity of 400 tonnes of fresh milk a day. The number of cattle will rise to over 200,000 by 2025, and the plant will have a total annual capacity of 500,000 tonnes.
Following its development plan, TH Group will develop a material area to 37,000 hectares by next year, a significant increase over the current 8,100ha of the first phase.
At present, while constructing a $2.7 billion hi-tech concentrated dairy and fresh milk production project in Russia, TH Group is constructing a similar project in the Republic of Bashkortostan, a federal subject of Russia.
