This year's results were based on surveys of more than 65,000 experienced employees nationwide, evaluating over 700 companies across 18 key industries. The ranking celebrates the best Vietnamese firms to work for in the 'Large Enterprises Category' and the 'Medium Enterprises Category'.
Now in its 11th year, the ranking has become an indispensable benchmark for organisations that value the importance of employer branding.
The survey results also provide an in-depth analysis that can help businesses scientifically measure their strengths and weaknesses across five key stages of talent attraction: Awareness, Interest, Application, Desire, and Priority.
Anphabe’s survey framework, with its comprehensive criteria for defining the 'ideal workplace', has become a standard that businesses trust to assess and guide their strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
This year’s standings feature a significant number of new companies participating in the survey, reflecting the rankings’ growing appeal, and underscoring the increasing commitment of Vietnam’s business community to creating attractive workplaces.
Notable aspects this year include changes to the No.1 positions across several key industries. Additionally, the rankings mark the return of Unilever Vietnam to the race after years of serving as a 'Partner in Collaboration', showcasing the company’s dedication to continually enhancing its work environment.
For the second consecutive year, the overall No.1 position in the Medium Enterprises Category was taken by Pepsico Foods Vietnam Company. The company claims to prioritise human values and sustainable development while aiming to create a dynamic, creative, and open working environment that encourages both career and personal growth through various benefits and training programmes.
Other companies taking home a Best Place to Work award in their specific industry for a second consecutive year included Starbucks Vietnam (Tourisms/ Hospitality), TikTok Vietnam (IT/ Software & Application/ E- commerce) and Schindler Vietnam Limited (Engineering/ Machinery/ Mechanicals).
Firms making their debut in the Medium Enterprises Category were also recognised, such as: LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd.(Manufacturing & Processing), IMEXPHARM Corporation (Pharmaceutical/ Medical equipment/ Healthcare Services); McDonald's Vietnam (Retail/ Wholesale/ Trading); Capitaland Development (Vietnam) (Real estate/ Real estate services); and Fujifilm Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Electronics/ High-Tech/ Utilities)
Meanwhile, the overall winner in the Large Enterprises Category was Unilever Vietnam. Following nearly three decades in Vietnam, Unilever's philosophy states that its 'people are at the heart of business'. Unilever prides itself as a pioneer in human resource development through valuable programmes such as 'Lifelong Learning' and 'Leadership Development', and encouraging its employees to grow to their full potential.
Other large companies recognised as being at top of their industries include Vietcombank (Banking), Honda Vietnam (Manufacturing & Processing), Viettel (Telecom/ Infrastructure), AEON Vietnam (Retail/ Wholesale/ Trading), FPT Corporation (IT/ Software & Application/ E-commerce), Deloitte Vietnam (Financial Services), and De Heus Vietnam (Agriculture/ Forestry/ Fisheries).
Vingroup received special recognition as the best place to work in the Large Enterprises Category across four industry groups: real estate, healthcare, machinery, and services.
Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work is a prestigious ranking determined through an independent survey conducted annually by Anphabe, the renowned consultant in employer branding and workplace solutions. The award is endorsed by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and its methodology and results were consulted on by market research firm Intage Vietnam.
