Savouring Latin America week at Intercontinental Saigon |
As a bubbling pot of cultures, South America and the Caribbean have brought to the table some of the most unique cuisines. Here we can find interesting iterations of many world’s famous cuisines like Peruvian chaufa, which takes its root from Chinese fried rice, and ceviche is a strong relation to Japanese sashimi or Italian carpaccio. All are ingenious combinations of classic recipes and native ingredients and spices.
Throughout the cuisines of Latin America, we find variety, alluring fragrance, flavourful bites with occasional spiciness. It is always a pleasant culinary experience.
