Nestlé Vietnam was honoured as the No.1 place to work in Vietnam in 2021 |
For the first time, Nestlé Vietnam was honoured as No.1 in the Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2021. The results are based on a survey conducted by Anphabe with over 65,000 working professionals nationwide.
This award is a testament to Nestlé’s constant efforts to become the most ideal workplace. Previously, Nestlé Vietnam was honoured in the top 3 Best Place To Work and top 1 Best Place To Work for multinational companies (MNCs) for several years.
Binu Jacob, managing director of Nestlé Vietnam said that, "Nestlé cooperates closely with partners in all activities in Vietnam to create shared value, contributing to the development of society while ensuring long-term success in business. We believe that sustainable development is not enough to have positive impacts on regenerating the ecosystem as well as conserving resources for the future."
“This is the new approach that Nestlé has incorporated into the company's sustainable development programmes and initiatives since 2020. Nestlé has determined to build a workpalce for employees and leaders to maxmise their talent, connecting with our common goal known as The Nest of Choice – the second home for employees,” he said.
The COVID-19 pandemic, especially the fourth wave, has affected businesses significantly. Nestlé Vietnam has adjusted corporate governance and human resource management to reach significant achievements in nurturing its people and working culture.

In December, Nestlé Vietnam has been voted as the most sustainable enterprise in Vietnam in 2021 in the manufacturing sector by the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
In November, Nestlé Vietnam has been honoured at the Vietnam Excellence 2021 awards in the sub-category of Workplace Wellbeing. Vietnam Excellence is organised by Anphabe, in coordination with the VCCI, the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham), the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham), and the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AusCham).
In 2020, the company was regconised as Outstanding Enterprise for Workplace Wellbeing 2021 by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
