Matsukiyo, a beauty and healthcare retailer from Japan, has decided to open a new store in Hanoi, the brand's first in the capital, and increases the number of its stores in Vietnam to seven.

The new store opened on September 29 at Vincom Mega Mall in Times City and is seen as the first step on the journey to conquer the Hanoi market, with more stores to open there in the near future.

The event marks an important step forward for Matsukiyo in the Vietnamese market and offers Hanoi customers quality Japanese-style products and services.

Matsukiyo stores are home to a diverse range of genuine products from reputable global brands, along with Matsukiyo’s exclusive products such as The Retinotime and Argelan.

Customers can find a variety of skin care cosmetics, makeup, functional foods, with products from Japan and Vietnam, as well as other countries. All products at the store have clear origins and are guaranteed safe.

Hiroki Miyaoka, managing director of Matsukiyo Vietnam, said, "Vietnamese people’s awareness of health and beauty has increased compared to three years ago, when we opened our first store in Ho Chi Minh City."

“We have identified the Hanoi market as an important stage in our expansion strategy. As a cultural, economic, and political centre, Hanoi represents the diversity and potential of the Vietnamese market,” Miyaoka added.
