Masterise Homes removes barriers to increase value

Masterise Homes made a big splash in the first quarter of 2023 with a portfolio of flagship projects in prime locations in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

In March, the company heated up the market by holding the topping-out ceremonies for three projects within one week.

Less than a month later, the company has stirred up the real estate market by introducing unprecedented financial support policies.

Gibran Bukhari, sales manager for Masterise Homes said, "Customers are taking the wait-and-see approach, which remains a common problem for Masterise Homes and other property developers. To address this problem, we have researched the demands of our customers and designed financial assistance packages to allow them to have a chance of owning appreciating assets."

The real estate market is recovering after the government implemented a series of policies to remove obstacles for developers. Many people are paying attention to those who are offering a good sales policy that is advantageous for homebuyers.

Accordingly, customers who buy flats now are eligible for a luxury furniture package worth up to VND240 million (just over $10,000). With this promotion package, residents can save on renovation costs and move into their new homes immediately.

Meanwhile, investors can start profitable rentals right after receiving the house, with a grace period of up to 36 months. Customers also get a discount of up to 13 per cent if they choose the standard payment plan and up to 15 per cent if they pay early.

LUMIÈRE Boulevard is another project located in the heart of the Grand Park urban area. For this project, the investor is offering a breakthrough incentive policy lasting nearly four years for the first 30 customers.

Through this, buyers will have the opportunity to pay VND460 million ($19,600) per year for the first three payments. They can pay 30 per cent to receive the house immediately, but do not need to pay any additional costs until they take possession. They can pay the rest at 5 per cent each month or according to the loan package.

LUMIÈRE Boulevard is one of the most anticipated projects in the east of Ho Chi Minh City. The topping out ceremony for the project was held last March. The investor is now completing the internal structure and the facade construction for the development.

Amidst scarce new supply, Masterie Homes remains active thanks to its available supply and attractive incentive programmes. As a result, the investor has recorded a high absorption rate for its products. According to its sales department, long-term and new investors are eager and look forward to seizing the rewards when the market recovers.
