KCN Vietnam named Best Industrial Developer

This marked the second consecutive year that the industrial real estate developer has been recognised in the category.

Founded in 2021, KCN Vietnam Group currently operates 10 high-quality ready-built warehouses and factories, located in across major industrial and economic zones in the North and South of Vietnam, including projects in DEEP C (Haiphong City), Thuan Thanh 3B (Bac Ninh province), Ho Nai (Dong Nai province), and Phu An Thanh (Long An province), with its total land bank exceeding 300 ha.

In 2024, the Group launched four new industrial projects in key economic zones, providing nearly 400,000 sq.m of new industrial floor space.

These include diverse products such as ready-built warehouses, factories, and hybrid facilities, significantly boosting Foreign Direct Investment inflows and creating local employment opportunities while contributing to regional economic development.

Alongside the aggressive expansion of its land portfolio and new project developments in Vietnam’s key economic regions, KCN Vietnam is committed to investing in high-quality infrastructure to meet the expectations of global investors.

In August 2024, the Group announced its strategic focus on green building initiatives, aiming to achieve internationally recognised sustainability certifications for future projects.

As a testament to this commitment, KCN Vietnam launched two pivotal projects in August and October 2024, built to LEED standards–Silver for KCN DEEP C Phase 2 and Gold for KCN Nhon Trach 6D.

These initiatives appeal to diverse high-value industries and minimise environmental impact, shaping a sustainable and eco-friendly industrial landscape in Vietnam.

Since 2017, Nhip Cau Dau Tu has organised the Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards programme to honour genuine and sustainable value creation while recognising the contributions of enterprises actively shaping the Vietnamese real estate market.

A distinguished panel of experts adjudicated this year's awards, including representatives from Arcadia Consulting Vietnam, Savills Vietnam, the Institute of Informatics and Applied Economics, Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam, and the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association.
