Japfa offers 300 gifts to support students on first day of school

The donation is a part of an ongoing initiative named 'Japfa for Education'.

The event took place across nine schools in the provinces of Long An, Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Kon Tum, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, and Soc Trang, with the involvement of local animal feed distributors.

At Lien Ngoc Primary School in Dong Nai, My Duy Tinh, a Japfa feed dealer, remarked, “It is my first experience collaborating with the company to deliver meaningful and practical gifts to disadvantaged students in our community. We hope that the support provided will serve as motivation for the students to excel in their studies during the upcoming school year.”

A portion of the funding for this initiative was generated through contributions from Japfa employees participating in the online Run for Transformation event, commemorating the company's 28^th anniversary.

Japfa officially entered the Vietnamese market in 1996 with the vision of becoming a leading provider of nutritional solutions derived from animal protein.

Emphasising sustainable development as a core objective of its operations, Clemens Tan, general director of Japfa Vietnam, stated that the company prioritises the development of products sourced from clean raw materials and operates a safe farming system to ensure animal health while providing quality food for the community. Furthermore, Japfa actively collaborates with business partners on various community projects.

Over the years, the company has engaged in numerous significant activities, including tree planting, blood donations, and support for impoverished communities affected by natural disasters and epidemics. Japfa Vietnam places particular emphasis on programmes aimed at enhancing the learning environment and promoting the physical health of children through the 'Japfa for Education' project.

This long-standing effort has successfully delivered thousands of gifts and educational materials, provided nutritious food, and facilitated the construction and renovation of schools nationwide.
