InterContinental Asiana Saigon has been honoured for the second time at the World Travel Awards reception with Thomas Schmelter, regional general manager, Vietnam & Cambodia and Lee Yong Nam, representative owner of InterContinental Asiana Saigon, receiving the award ‘Vietnam’s Leading Hotel 2011”.  

Back in early September, the hotel also received numerous industry awards including the “Best Luxury Hotel 2011” by Tourism Alliances Awards, “Outstanding InterContinental Hotel” in the region of Asia Middle East Africa (AMEA) by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) the world's largest hotel group by number of rooms (IHG) and “Hotel Leader of The Year” in the region of InterContinental AMEA by the IHG, “Best In Travel Poll 2011 – Top 25 Business Hotel in Asia” by Smart Travel Asia, just to name a few.
