The much-anticipated final between Hung Yen and Bac Ninh took place at Quang Nam Stadium and brought the crowd a top-notch performance. During 30 minutes of official play, the tense match saw good chances for both sides, making it impossible for fans to take their eyes off.
The turning point came with only seven minutes left, when Quoc Viet finished from close quarters to clinch the decisive goal.
In the closing minutes, Bac Ninh pushed forwards in search of an equaliser. Powerful shots from Van Linh repeatedly had the crowd on edge, but luck was not on the side of the team from Bac Ninh. In the end, U11 Hung Yen won 1-0, ending an emotional journey and winning the National U11 Football Championship for the first time in the team's history.
After the final, the organising committee awarded prizes to outstanding teams and individuals. Lang Son and Viet Hung (Thanh Hoa) shared third place. This marked the end of a successful season that played a key role in discovering and nurturing young football talents across the country.
Nguyen Phan Khue, editor-in-chief of Youth Vanguard and Children Newspaper and head of the organising committee, said, "Although the tournament has ended, I believe the passion and sportsmanship will continue to burn in the hearts of every child.
