Hotel Indigo debuts in Vietnam |
Each Hotel Indigo is as unique as its location, drawing vibrant inspiration and energy from the local culture, aiming to immerse guests in authentic experiences and forge genuine connections with its neighbourhoods. With this ethos at its core, Hotel Indigo Saigon The City brings the essence of the destination to life through its unique sights, sounds, and flavours.
"We are excited to introduce Hotel Indigo, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle collection, to Vietnam with the opening of our hotel. Every element and design throughout the hotel has been meticulously curated to reflect the rich history and narratives contained within the neighbourhood of Saigon. From design to the locally sourced ingredients featured in our restaurant, every detail tells a story of Saigon’s vibrant culture," said Amy Nha, general manager, Hotel Indigo Saigon The City.
Nestled in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City's vibrant District 1, the new 150-room Hotel Indigo Saigon The City offers a unique blend of contemporary style and local culture, inviting guests to experience the city like a true explorer.
The hotel’s design seamlessly weaves the rich history, culture and vibrant energy of the surrounding Ba Son neighbourhood into every detail, from the locally inspired artwork adorning the walls to the thoughtfully curated furnishings, and the details on the interiors. The lobby is reminisced of the streets of Saigon and upon entering the hotel, guests are greeted by familiar local elements such as barber chairs that function as workstations with computers.

On the mezzanine level, handcrafted cocktails are deftly delivered from the main dining room through the bar’s unique pulley system.
Additional facilities also include a state-of-the-art fitness centre bathed in natural lights, with a stunning backdrop of Ba Son Bridge and the Saigon River, a 100-squarer metre rooftop pool with sweeping views of Saigon and two stylish meeting rooms that are perfect for meetings and social events for up to 50 persons.
