Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill recognised in Michelin Selected 2025

The milestone affirms the restaurant’s premium culinary quality and outstanding service, the result of continuous innovation, creativity, and the preservation of Hemispheres' unique identity over more than 20 years of operation.

In 2024, the restaurant underwent a complete renovation with a more modern and youthful design, and introduced a refreshed menu that strongly embraces the spirit of global culinary exploration – harmonising Western techniques with local Vietnamese ingredients. The Michelin Selected 2025 honour, therefore, becomes even more meaningful as it recognises the restaurant team's year-long transformation.

Hemispheres is one of the few fine-dining restaurants in Hanoi that follows a culinary philosophy inspired by the concept of the 'hemispheres' – representing global exploration and human connection through cuisine. Under the leadership of Nguyen Cong Chung – named Asia’s Best Chef 2017 – and current chef Nam Nguyen, the menu showcases the perfect blend of refined European techniques and exceptional local ingredients such as Quang An kumquat, Ly Son garlic, Phu Quoc pink pepper, and Nha Trang lobster.

Since first being selected by the Michelin Guide in 2023, Hemispheres has seen a strong increase in both domestic and international diners, especially among international guests staying in Hanoi. Continued recognition through Michelin Selected has solidified the restaurant’s leading position in Vietnam’s fine-dining scene, setting new standards for quality, consistency, and guest experience.
