Filipino And Korean Food Festival at Oven D’or Restaurant – Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, June 5-12

This summer, Oven D’or will take you on a flavourful journey around Asia over two weeks of culinary delights, with collaborations from guest chefs from Sheraton hotels in the Philippines and Phu Quoc.

According to Nguyen Cong Chung, director of Food and Beverage and executive chef of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, "Oven D’or is renowned for its international food festivals. Each year, we invite chefs from various countries to introduce authentic international flavours to our diners. Over the past decade, we’ve hosted talented chefs from India, South Korea, Peru, Japan, and Italy. This year, we are excited to welcome a Filipino and a Korean chef to kick off the summer, promising to deliver unforgettable dining experiences."

Philippine Food Festival Week will occur on June 5-12 for both lunch and dinner buffetat Oven D’or Restaurant, where you can dine on a vibrant symphony of flavours from the Philippines. Indulge in renowned dishes like Adobo, Kare-Kare, Lechon Belly, and delightful traditional desserts, crafted by chef Geramarie Dianzon from Sheraton Manila Bay.

Members of Marriott Bonvoy and Club Marriott will receive 30 per cent off. The Filipino community in Vietnam can also enjoy 30 per cent off, and a discount of 15 per cent will be applied for social media check-in.

Korean Food Festival Week will be June 20-29 for lunch and dinner buffet, featuring Chef Kim Daewon from Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort. Experience iconic Korean dishes like Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Japchae, and Kimchi Jjigae in a luxurious international buffet setting.

Korean cuisine, known for its harmonious flavours and meticulous attention to ingredients, will provide a memorable highlight for your buffet experience.

Members of Marriott Bonvoy and Club Marriott will be 30 per cent off, and social media check-in will be discounted by 15 per cent.
