Ha Nam – A mobile exhibition aiming to give visitors an insight into the historical and legal evidence proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa opened in the northern province of Ha Nam on April 21.
On display are photos, documents and nearly 100 maps that have been collected by domestic and foreign researchers and scholars, together with many documents affirming Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa issued by the Vietnamese feudal states from the 17th century to the 20th century.
Some photos capturing the daily life of soldiers and people on Hoang Sa and Truong Sa were also showcased at the event.
The exhibition is part of a public communication campaign to assert Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa. It is expected to give visitors a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history, contributing to raising their awareness of protecting national sovereignty.
