As part of Gamuda City, the Gamuda Gardens urban project has been recognised as one of the finest properties at the Vietnam Property Awards 2019 held by PropertyGuru at InterContinental Saigon on August 23.

Vietnam Property Awards 2019 honours the 20 finest developers in 52 categories

After a strict selection process, Gamuda Land Vietnam received two awards, namely Best Housing Development – Hanoi and Best Housing Development – Vietnam for its Gamuda Gardens project in Hoang Mai district in Hanoi.

Cheong Ho Kuan, chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam, also scooped up the award in a special category titled Real Estate Personality of The Year for his remarkable contribution to two major projects, namely Gamuda City in Hanoi and Celadon City in Ho Chi Minh City. Crowning years of constant efforts, the award is valuable to both Gamuda Land Vietnam and Cheong Ho Kuan himself.
