Artisan Park's winning nominations included Best Retail Housing Development (Vietnam), Best Housing Architectural Design, and Best Housing Landscape Architectural Design.
These were important and fiercely competitive categories within the framework of this year's awards due to the strength of various projects in the same segment from many different developers.
Speaking at the ceremony, chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam Angus Liew said that these recognitions are a huge honour and a great motivation for Gamuda Land to continue investing more resources to expand the scale of its business in Vietnam.
“To leap even further in this market, our plan is to rapidly expand a larger portfolio in this country and to diversify more products such as high-rise complex projects and commercial housing. The latest addition will be the newly acquired 2.8-hectare development project in Thu Duc City that offers extremely high potential for growth,” said Angus Liew, chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam. |
Strategically located in a prime area right next to the new administrative centre of Binh Duong province, surrounded by international-standard educational, medical, sports, and commercial facilities, Artisan Park is a compound of 349 high-end commercial townhouse products.
The project is designed to serve both living and commercial purposes with a harmonious interweaving of commercial shophouses with two to three facades with rows of fresh green trees along with public spaces such as pedestrian streets, public squares, and parks, giving homeowners the flexibility to do business on the spot.
Gamuda Land expects the project to become the downtown area with bustling cultural and commercial activities right at the heart of BDNC.
