This is a joint project between the Primary Education Department, the Meo Vac district's Department of Education and Training, and the Ministry of Education and Training.

The primary English curriculum (beginning in grade 3) will be implemented nationally beginning in 2022, according to the Primary Education Department under the Ministry of Education and Training. However, the compulsory project is facing a lot of challenges due to a lack of English teachers and instructional supplies, particularly in the mountainous and remote regions.

Ha Giang is a mountainous province that experiences difficulties teaching English to students due to a lack of resources and weak transmission lines. The province has written an official letter to groups and individuals to seek support in providing underprivileged pupils with equal access to education.

Casper Vietnam has given 12 55" (55UG6100) Casper Smart TVs (4K UHD) to students in the Meo Vac district of Ha Giang. This smart TV model integrates many new technologies including a large screen and clear images and sound, which make learning English easier for teachers and students.

Head of the Meo Vac District’s Department of Education and Training Bui Van Thu said, "We are grateful for Casper Vietnam's efforts to support the project. Its support for disadvantaged children clearly shows the humane spirit and corporate social responsibility of the company. The donations will help children access knowledge and quality instruction from experienced teachers. This also closes the gap between students in lowland and mountainous areas."

During the handover event, a representative of Casper Vietnam stated, "Casper Vietnam is proud to be accompanying the project to promote English teaching for primary school pupils in mountainous areas. Casper Vietnam thinks that modern technology will enable individuals to overcome the barriers of distance and acquire knowledge on a daily basis."

"With Casper Smart TVs and the latest educational applications, we believe that the lectures delivered by high-quality teachers will inspire children in remote areas such as Ha Giang. Through the donations, Casper Vietnam hopes that this practical support will help the children expand their knowledge and promote self-education so they can lead better lives," he added.
