Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion receives industry nod

Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion, nestled in the lush foothills of the Truong Son mountain range in central Vietnam, has been named as one of Vietnam’s best upcountry hotels by the industry-leading international travel magazine Travel + Leisure.

The Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2024 were announced at a ceremony in Bangkok on June 13 and spotlighted the best in the region’s hospitality, from top city, beach, island and upcountry hotels, to the best hotel pools, spas, and general managers.

This latest recognition follows Alba Wellness Valley's top honours in last year’s Luxury Lifestyle Magazine Readers’ Travel Awards, based in the UK, in which Alba was voted the world’s No.1 hotel for nature lovers, sustainability, and families. In the same poll, Alba took the No.2 spot internationally for best spa and wellness hotel.

Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion was built around hot springs on the outskirts of the Imperial City of Hue. It commands some 50 hectares of beautiful natural grounds and features a Japanese-style onsen with indoor and outdoor mineral-laden pools, along with rivers of healing thermal waters that wind their way through the property.

The hotel also offers a diverse daily menu of wellness activities, including Tai Chi, yoga, water meditation, and walking meditation, as well as hosting wellness experts for retreats and workshops.

The spa’s signature treatment includes a four-hands natural living eucalyptus massage for 50 minutes, followed by four-hands deep tissue regenerative therapy for another 50 minutes, and concludes with a four-hands Alba Wellness Valley Ayurveda Therapy for a final 50 minutes.
