Organised by GLP-SLP, a global business builder, owner, developer, and operator of logistics, real estate, data centres, renewable energy, and related technologies, the event addressed the growing market demand and expansion plans of customers.

According to Kent Yang, chairman of SLP Vietnam and a veteran of GLP China management, Vietnam is in the right place at the right time.

“There are many synergetic opportunities that can be created between Vietnam, China, and other countries. We want to be impactful and actively engage, lead, and help the process,” said Yang.

The event drew a large turnout from key logistics, industrial, manufacturing, and retail partners. With insights from industry experts, the event provided a unique platform to share Vietnam's advantages and opportunities as a business destination.

Attendees included representatives from COSCO, J&T, Pinduoduo, Best Logistics, China Post Group, UPS, CTS International Logistic, IKEA, and Good Farmer.

Many of these companies expressed keen interest in establishing or expanding their presence in Vietnam, recognising GLP-SLP as their trusted partner of choice. They recognise Vietnam has firmly established itself as an attractive destination for international business and foreign investment, with robust fundamentals, with the region's fastest-growing economy.

As businesses increasingly seek alternative investment options in Asia, Vietnam has emerged as an ideal choice due to its proximity to China. The country serves as an attractive alternative base for establishing manufacturing and logistics centres near traditional Chinese hubs, reducing costs and minimising supply chain disruptions.
