Vietnam Excellence Awards 2025 kicks off

According to a report by Anphabe, the expectation of employees for ideal workplace criteria has changed over the last decade. Notably, rewards remain the top consideration, but the level of interest decreased from 43 per cent in 2018 to 34 per cent in 2023.

Instead, leadership and management factors are increasingly receiving more attention, rising from 25 per cent in 2018 to 30 per cent in 2023. This indicates that leadership and management teams play a key role in creating a happier working environment but also lay a foundation for a company’s sustainable development.

The biennial awards seek to honour outstanding leaders and organisations with excellent practices to nurture talent and build a strong workforce. Award-winning individuals and organisations will become role models to inspire change and share successful experiences with the business community.

“Participating in the Vietnam Excellence Awards is an opportunity to motivate senior leaders and staff to create an environment where people are at the centre of all changes and join hands. This will help build Vietnamese human resources towards more humane and sustainable values ​​in a world that changes every day,” said Nguyen Duc Khuong, president of the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts.

The awards are given by consulting firm Anphabe, along with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam, and the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam.
