The MMA Smarties Awards, organised by the Mobile Marketing Association, is one of the most prestigious awards in mobile marketing. This year, the awards received entries from 113 campaigns from 39 outstanding brands across 25 diverse categories.

These awards demonstrate Nestlé Vietnam's innovation in marketing by applying AI and data analysis to gain insights into consumer behaviour and personalise marketing campaigns. These strategies help optimise customer interactions and increase advertising effectiveness to the target customer group. At the same time, they can help provide a seamless shopping experience, meeting the diverse needs of consumers.

Additionally, Nestlé Vietnam's award-winning campaigns achieved high marks for their multichannel marketing engagement strategies. By skilfully blending traditional and digital channels, the company creates a creative marketing journey that can quickly convey powerful messages and provide viewers with an engaging and emotional experience.

Binu Jacob, managing director of Nestlé Vietnam said, “These awards demonstrate Nestlé's commitment to creativity and innovation to bring the best experience to consumers. This serves as a testament to the Spark your way spirit of "Jumping high and reaching far - Maximising your potential" that we are building at Nestlé.

"The success at the MMA Smarties Vietnam Awards 2024 is not only a proud achievement for Nestlé, but also a source of inspiration for young marketers at Nestlé. This spirit will help them bring meaningful and effective campaigns, making positive contributions to the company as well as to the creative advertising community in Vietnam going forward."
