Three-day Novaland Expo receives 12,000 visitors

At Novaland Expo 2019, two large-scale tourism complexes – NovaWorld Phan Thiet and NovaWorld Ho Tram – commanded the most attention from buyers and investors with their second home products.

Along with these two projects, Novaland's very first eco-urban complex, Aqua City, has also received ample limelight among the projects displayed at the Expo.

Aqua City will be developed into a complete urban development township satisfying green building standards at all steps, from planning, architecture, and construction to the environment in and around the project.

Located at Bien Hoa city of Dong Nai province, right at the eastern gate of Ho Chi Minh City on a total area of 121 hectares, Aqua City consists of townhouses, semi-detached and detached villas, shophouses, and inner amenities such as trading centre, school, entertainment and leisure centre, and a sports centre, among others

At the Expo, a conference with the theme “Vacation Property Market – What is Opportunity for Second Homes”was held on June 15 with the participation of famous real estate and tourism experts such as Cao Thi Ngoc Lan, deputy chairman of the Vietnam Tourism Association, Duong Thuy Dung, senior director of CBRE Vietnam, and lawyer Truong Thi Hoa from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, attracting hundreds of buyers and investors.

Especially, at Novaland Expo 2019, Novaland officially introduced its loyalty programme NOVALOYALTY, which offers a range of incentives to member card holders, such as first-hand updates on incentives and discounts or valuable gifts on holidays, birthdays or whenever they buy any product of Novaland. More than 500 visitors were registered right at the expo, and hundreds of Gold, Diamond, and Platinum cards were given to visitors.
