All the money raised will be used to upgrade the facilities and equipment for Huong Lien Nursery School in Rao Tre Village in the central province of Ha Tinh.
The principal of Huong Lien Nursery School Dinh Thi Thanh Hoa said, "Currently, teachers are responsible for taking care of the Chut ethnic children, from picking them up to go to school and bringing them back to their homes to teaching them and taking care of their sleep, meals, and drinks. Otherwise, the children will not come because their parents are not as interested in taking care of and educating their children as other ethnic groups."
"In addition, the newly built school still lacks facilities, including teaching equipment, personal cabinets for the children, gas stoves and kitchen equipment, sunshades, and outdoor toys. Thus, we hope that the Organising Board of the Swing for the Kids charity golf tournament will connect with benefactors to help the teachers reduce the difficulties," Hoa said.
