Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is excited to launch Straight Outta Guangdong, the latest addition of the Straight Outta Asia international guest chef series, bringing the many flavours of Asia to Ho Chi Minh City.
With Chef Giang at the helm, Li Bai restaurant invites dim sum gastronomes to tuck into these delicate, mouth-watering bites, handcrafted and expertly prepared by Chef Ken.
The Cantonese dim sum master Chef Ken boasts more than 30 years of expertise and is representing the award-winning Cantonese restaurant, Man Ho.

Chef Giang said, “Myself and my team are extremely excited to welcome and work with Chef Ken. The essence of dim sum is hand craftsmanship, requiring superb skills and years of training. It is obviously the work of a chef par excellence. Chef Ken’s delectable menu tastes as authentic as the Guangdong flavour.”
Some highlights to look out for are his Fish Roe Bacon Baiyu Siew Mai, Pepper Nine Fish Spring Rolls, Bamboo Mushroom Scallop Soup Dumplings, Sweet Preserved Vegetable and Pork Bun, and Chocolate Walnut Buns.

Chef Ken’s signature dishes from Straight Outta Guangdong are available from September 8-17. They are offered for the endless dim sum lunch, or on the à la carte menu for dinner, with prices remaining the same.
