Some highlights to look out for are his Fish Roe Bacon Baiyu Siew Mai, Pepper Nine Fish Spring Rolls, Bamboo Mushroom Scallop Soup Dumplings, Sweet Preserved Vegetable and Pork Bun, and Chocolate Walnut Buns.
