Through the campaign, PRIME Group supports those affected by COVID-19 to recover |
The campaign, which began in early 2021, contributed VND500 million ($21,740) to the Pandemic Prevention Fund in Vinh Phuc province and VND100 million ($4,350) to the Pandemic Prevention Fund in Quang Nam province. The company also donated 1,500 large umbrellas to frontline forces, hospitals, schools, and business households in a variety of locations.
In addition, thousands of square metres of tiles have been granted to families in need so that they could welcome a new beginning of peace and prosperity. The campaign "Sharing Prosperity with PRIME" has displayed PRIME Group's utmost duty to the localities and communities where it operates. It is also a testament to the company’s efforts to promote sustainable development.
“Businesses must not only produce excellent and trustworthy products and services to suit current and future consumer needs, but also take their duties seriously for the prosperous development of the community development, particularly in light of the current pandemic. As a major organisation in the field of manufacturing and trading tiles, PRIME Group has made significant contributions to the economic recovery post-pandemic, as well as improving the quality of life in communities in Vietnam with the spirit of leaving no one behind,” said Chaiyaporn Supanya, head of Human Resources and External Affairs at PRIME Group.
Within the framework of the campaign, PRIME Group also launches some contests to encourage giving and sharing. The “1,000 Minutes to Empower the Community” contest encourages people to share their exercise videos. It has offered capital to support pandemic-hit families in Ho Chi Minh City to resume their business and recover their livelihood. Meanwhile, the “Together Building Houses of Hope” contest calls on the community to share photos of their corner of the house. The company has donated tiles and supported disadvantaged families to build or renovate their homes to welcome the new beginning. After two months of launch, the programmes have successfully reached more than 268 participants and 6,855 interactions on social networks.
In addition, PRIME Group provided hundreds of benches to tourist locations as well as huge umbrellas for the labour forces working outdoors, thereby contributing to recovering the tourism sector.
Over the past 22 years of operation in Vietnam, PRIME Group is pioneering in developing innovative products and services to provide comprehensive and value-added solutions to meet the evolving demand of customers. In addition, the company has taken advantage of its experience to build projects based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles to protect the environment and enhance people's lives for long-term development.
