Pots'n Pans restaurant

It is a partnership between KOTO (who works with street and disadvantaged youth), Small Giants (an Australian Impact Investment Group) and a dedicated group of KOTO alumni.

This year Pots’ n Pans has the great honour to host the internationally acclaimed, Michelin Star Chef Felix Eppisser accompanied by Chef Marco Mehr.

The two inspiring chefs will present a four course gala dinner paring with wines to mark an important milestone to the unique Pots ’n Pans Culinary Experience.

It was born from a desire to share delicious food, quality service with great company in a welcoming environment. Key to its philosophy is a sustainable collaboration with the community and environment.

Brought to you by graduates from Vietnam’s own KOTO Training Programme which works with street & disadvantaged youth, Pots ’n Pans was conceived in 2011. A multi-level restaurant & lounge bar experience in the heart of Hanoi, it is an innovative partnership between KOTO and its training programme graduates along with its international partner. Small Giants is a boutique Australian impact investment company that is dedicated to businesses that are changing the world.

A select group of inspiring KOTO graduates share in the direct responsibility for the successful governance and management of the venue. We tirelessly strive to have a positive impact on the community and environment. A percentage of profits are returned to KOTO and other community initiatives.

KOTO is a not-for-profit organisation in Vietnam that is changing the lives of street and disadvantaged youth. With restaurants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and an internationally accredited vocational training programme, it strives to empower the disadvantaged youth of Vietnam through providing life, English and vocational skills.

Pots ’n Pans was founded on a desire to help make KOTO more sustainable and hence enable its training programme to have a wider reach and influence on those less fortunate. Pots ‘n Pans contributes both a significant percentage of its own profits to KOTO as well as ongoing capacity support to KOTO and its trainees, staff and graduates.
