The contest is hosted by Ninh Thuan People's Committee in collaboration with Mekong One Corporation and other local businesses in celebration of the 47th liberation day of the province on April 1.
Besides this, the contest is to celebrate Ninh Thuan’s recognition by UNESCO for its Nui Chua Biosphere Reserve and the national-level landscape recognition for Vinh Hy Bay.
The contest’s theme combines the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of Ninh Thuan, focusing on the natural landscape, cultural architecture, portraits, and normal life images.
Entries should be photos shot in the last three years and must be submitted in single or album formats via the contest's website ninhthuan-miendisan.com before April 10.
Winners are expected to be awarded medals and prizes on April 16. The organising board will also hold an exhibition on June 20 at The One Heritage villas in Quan Thanh district, Hanoi, to honour awarded photos.
Located at the southcentral coast, Ninh Thuan is famous for its beautiful landscapes, majestic Cham towers, and unique Cham culture. The province is becoming one of the most famous destinations in Vietnam with its untouched beauty and unique culture.
