From August 18 to 21, Indian businesses will survey and experience a number of accommodation establishments, such as the Ariyana Smart Condotel Nha Trang Hotel, Muong Thanh Luxury, Champa Island Resort, and WinWonders Resort, all the while exploring famous landmarks such as Long Son Pagoda, Ponagar Tower, and Hon Chong-Hon Do.
In particular, 32 Indian businesses will participate in the Namaste Vietnam 2022 festival in Khanh Hoa, including activities such as performing arts programmes, visits to cultural heritages and tourist attractions, and conferences aimed at promoting Indian tourism in the south-central provinces.

This is an opportunity for Indian businesses to learn and understand more about the culture and people of Khanh Hoa and Vietnam, along with learning about the unique tourism products of the area to introduce to Indian tourists and attract more Indians to Nha Trang in the near future.
The Indian tourism market is very attractive to many countries, including Vietnam. This country of more than 1.3 billion people has a middle class of 200-300 million people and high demand for shopping, entertainment, and consumption.
Besides beautiful resorts, Indian guests also like to consume, eat, and party. They often go with a group of friends or family.
Vu Dang Duy Phuoc, executive director of Cam Ranh International Terminal JSC, shared that the number of Indian tourists will continue to increase if there is no pandemic. Therefore, the opening of direct flights between India and Cam Ranh will contribute to effectively exploiting new sources of passengers, bringing development to the tourism industry.
In July and August, Khanh Hoa People's Committee and the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City coorganised a seminar on cooperation in digital transformation, human resource development in science and information technology, and smart city construction; along with the promotion of Indian tourism to the south-central provinces.
