Marriott International brings brand to Bac Giang province

This signing marks the latest phase of Marriott International’s expansion strategy in Vietnam, with its flagship Marriott Hotel^® brand set to introduce its wonderful hospitality to the world’s most exciting and emerging destinations.

According to Duke Nam, area vice president for South Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines at Marriott International, the group was delighted to work with TUTA Group to introduce its flagship Marriott Hotels brand to Bac Giang.

Tran Anh Tuan, chairman of TUTA Group commented that Bac Giang Marriott Hotel represents a landmark development, introducing a globally respected hospitality brand to Bac Giang.

“Positioned within the vibrant Hanoi-Haiphong-Quang Ninh economic triangle, Bac Giang is already a major industrial hub and has growing potential to attract leisure travellers to its beautiful forests, mountains, temples, and pagodas. We are excited to collaborate with Marriott International to bring this vision to life,” said Tuan.

Bac Giang Marriott Hotel will form part of a major new mixed-use development on the outskirts of the city, just over one hour’s drive from Hanoi and Noi Bai International Airport.

This prime location is set to offer convenient access to the area’s nine industrial parks, which are currently home to over 420 businesses.

Slated to open at the end of 2029, this destination-defining property is expected to feature a conference centre, shopping mall, entertainment hub, and upscale residences.

The 19-story Bac Giang Marriott Hotel will raise the standard of hospitality in Bac Giang with exceptional leisure, dining, and business facilities.

The hotel is expected to feature 250 contemporary, thoughtfully designed rooms and suites ranging from 40 to 160 square metres, fully equipped with modern amenities.

Visitors staying in the hotel’s premium accommodation can access the M Club and world-class dining can be experienced at two restaurants and one café - including the brand’s signature Greatroom, a sophisticated-yet-welcoming space to relax, refresh, socialise, or conduct business.

Bac Giang Marriott Hotel will complement Marriott Hotels’ three operating properties in Vietnam, including two in Danang and one on Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang. It will also join Marriott Bonvoy’s total nationwide portfolio of 24 properties, with more than 50 additional projects in the pipeline.
