KTG Industrial’s new project was certified by Dong Nai authorities on February 7

Among these, eight new projects were certified, for a combined investment of $278 million. This includes seven foreign-backed companies with a total registered capital of $243 million and one domestic company with a registered capital of $35 million. Additionally, six projects received increased investment certificates, amounting to $460 million for five foreign-invested companies and one domestic company.

KTG Industrial’s undertaking at Nhon Trach 1, worth $35.2 million, is part of a large investment wave in Dong Nai province. The 16-hectare development will feature over 40 ready-built factories and warehouses across three phases, catering to the market's growing demand.

At the certificate handover ceremony, Khai Toan Group, the parent company of KTG Industrial, demonstrated its commitment to the local community by making a New Year donation to the Charity Fund of Dong Nai Province. This contribution aligns with the group’s environmental, social, and governance initiatives and supports the province's efforts to improve community living.

Dong Nai achieved remarkable economic growth in 2024, attracting $1.5 billion in foreign direct investment, exceeding its target by 36 per cent and demonstrating a 7-8-fold growth on-year.
