Indochine Counsel welcomes Nguyen Quoc Vinh

Vinh's in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws adds significant value to Indochine Counsel. Vinh's exceptional legal credentials include his appointment as an arbitrator for the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre in 2012. In addition, he was elected as the Chairperson of the Vietnam Business Lawyers Club for the 2022 term.

Before joining Indochine Counsel, Vinh served as a partner at Tilleke & Gibbins and as a legal consultant at Mayer Brown JSM in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vinh holds an LLB from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, an LLM from Nagoya University in Japan, and a Doctorate of Juridical Science from Meiji Gakuin University, also in Japan. He is an adjunct lecturer at Vietnam's Judicial Academy and Ho Chi Minh City's University of Law, providing counsel to numerous government ministries in Vietnam. Vinh is a regular contributor to several business and legal journals and magazines.

Vinh's impressive language skills in English complement his legal expertise, making him a valuable asset to Indochine Counsel's clients. In recognition of his contributions to the development of the legal profession in Vietnam, Vinh received a commendation from the Minister of Justice in November 2021.
