On 28 March, Home Credit Vietnam liaised with representatives of Thao Dien Public Security as part of an industry-wide administrative inspection of business operation processes. The visit was completed within the same day.
The inspection result proves that Home Credit’s business complies with the State Bank of Vietnam and government regulations, and the organisation’s operations and customer services will continue as normal.
Home Credit strictly follows all standard procedures in terms of the contact and verification of customers, lending practices, collections, and complaint handling within the legal framework allowed.
