The ribbon-cutting ceremony at Wayne's Coffee store |
On June 13, 2018, Wayne's Coffee opened its first store in Vietnam at Viettel Complex, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Pereric Högberg, Ambassador of Sweden in Vietnam, along with numerous entrepreneurs, artists, and coffee-lovers attended the opening event and enjoyed the taste of Wayne's coffee. More than that, this was the first time this Fika culture was brought to Vietnam.

Applying Wayne's Coffee Swedish and international standards, Wayne's Coffee Vietnam uses certified organic coffee qualified by KRAV (Sweden and Europe) after rigorous testing. Most of the raw materials are grown naturally and this "clean coffee" ensures the highest quality for all customers’ health benefits. Cakes, drinks (coffee, tea) are made by baristas from Sweden over the counter. However, there is always Vietnamese coffee to meet the taste of Vietnamese coffee-goers at VND29,000 ($1.28).
Currently, Wayne's Coffee has over 140 stores in Sweden, England, Germany, Holland, Jordan, and Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia and Oman. Around the world, many people choose Wayne's Coffee because they want to enjoy the Swedish tradition of Fika, which involves all the good things Wayne's Coffee offers: space, drinks, breakfast, lunch, music, and hanging out with friends and colleagues.

This is the first of Wayne's Coffee in Asia—and the choice of Vietnam was by no means a coincidence: the country has a long history of diplomatic relations and has received profound support from the Kingdom of Sweden for nearly half a century, since 1969.
