The JW Marriott’s French Grill restaurant, in association with The Warehouse, will host Chateau Mouton Rothschild at JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi for a memorable wine dinner.

Featuring Chateau Mouton Rothschild 2007, along with three other grand cru classé wines, gourmets and connoisseurs will discover an outstanding wine selection paired with the finest food creations Hanoi has to offer.

Flying in exclusively from France, Erwan Le Brozec will reveal his secrets on the making of one of Bordeaux’s greatest wines, allowing guests to engage in spontaneous exchange with Brozec as he shares his tasting notes throughout the evening.

Raphael, Michelin star trained chef and the inspiration behind the exquisite food of the French Grill, has created sumptuous dishes to pair with the complex characters of each wine presented.

After just a year of opening, French Grill, at the JW Marriott Hanoi, has built a strong reputation in Vietnam as one of the best venue for captivating food, wines and service. The wine dinner 6-course menu will feature traditional French food with a modern twist and Asian influences, a reflection on Chef Raphael’s culinary journey through France and Asia.
