Celadon Sports & Resort Club honoured at FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence awards

The FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence is one of the most prestigious international awards in the real estate industry, honouring the world's leading real estate projects. This is the 73rd year the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence has been held.

After many rounds of rigorous surveying and selection, the Celadon Sports & Resort Club project of Gamuda Land was honoured to be named in the purpose-built category on the evening of June 8.

The Malaysian-based developer is one of the most prominent names in the country's real estate market, known for its efforts and dedication in creating green urban areas of international standards, along with a business growth strategy that goes hand in hand with sustainable development.

Celadon Sports & Resort Club is built as an important part of Celadon City's master plan with the model of a multidisciplinary complex according to resort standards with the aim of creating a healthy community gathering place. The project becomes the first sports centre in Ho Chi Minh City operated entirely by solar energy. This is also a highlight, bringing the name of Celadon City in particular and Gamuda Land in general as pioneers in sustainable development.

With a total area of more than 5.4 hectares, Celadon Sports & Resort Club is smartly planned and designed, modern, and still adheres to the strategy of sustainable development, respecting people and nature.

In particular, the Biophilic design thoroughly applied to the project also helps to affirm and enhance the standard resort experience for residents here.

To form and encourage a healthy lifestyle in the community, the club is fully equipped with modern facilities to serve the needs of the Celadon City community and more than 500,000 residents for physical training and sports, such as gym, yoga, swimming, tennis, football, and basketball.

Entering the Vietnam market in 2007, Gamuda Land has previously been recognised with two award-winning master plans: Gamuda City with a scale of 274 ha in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi, and Celadon City, with an area of 82 ha in the district of Tan Phu in Ho Chi Minh City.
