Five weeks after Vietnam officially allowed the return of domestic flights, the Metropole is answering the pent-up demand for travel with several new promotions. With this, the hotel has responded to the needs for extra vigilance by commencing the implementation of the new Accor safety and cleanliness programme ALL SAFE, which includes offering predominantly à-la-carte options at the hotel’s restaurants and banquets.

The Metropole’s Le Club Bar, which draws inspiration from relaxed, traditional French brasseries, launched a new menu containing a more focused and authentic concept, including a selection of Plats du Jour and regional French specialities.

The new Plats du Jour menu is offered each weekday, with appetizing beef bourguignon on Mondays, gratin de coquillettes and jambon de Paris on Tuesdays, duck confit on Wednesdays, roasted chicken and morel cream on Thursdays, ray with black butter sauce on Fridays, lamb Navarin on Saturdays, and hachis parmentier on Sundays.

Le Club Bar also offers its traditional seafood platter, as well as oysters, caviar, and a range of à-la-carte dining options for breakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner. Besides this, when spending VND9,500,000 ($395) on food and beverages at any hotel outlet until the end of July, guests will receive a complimentary one-night stay a for two, valid during the summer months. Moreover, groups of two or more joining the hotel’s popular High Tea or Chocolate Library, both served at Le Club Bar, will receive a spring cocktail.

For couples seeking a romantic getaway, the new Romance Escape priced at VND6,550,000 ($275) features a three-course set dinner with wine for two at angelina restaurant, and a complimentary airport transfer or pick-up and drop-off service.

Families wishing to breathe in a dash of fresh air after the period of social distancing could also enjoy a stay at Metropole Hanoi, and a second guest room for children is now offered with a 50 per cent discount.
