Asia Chemical Corporation (ACC) and the US Dairy Export Council (USDEC) held a conference on elevating beverage innovation with US dairy ingredients in Ho Chi Minh City on August 3 to introduce new products.
ACC aims to introduce to the market quality products of international standards as a way to improve the customer experience and promote the production capacity of the Vietnamese food processing industry.
ACC is a member of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) and a strategic partner of the USDEC and distributors of these materials. It has researched, displayed, and developed products from whey and American milk ingredients to bring products in line with nutritional trends and needs of Vietnamese consumers.
The Momilk brand, specifically for pregnant women, provides essential nutrients including fibre, DHA, iron, calcium, vitamins, and highly active metabolic-folate, ensuring adequate nutrition for women during pregnancy.
In addition, Nighty Milk products provide a combination of nutrition and support for a strong sleep. The brand is supplemented with a special hydrolysed milk protein which not only helps users feel relaxed and have a good night's sleep but also helps them become full of energy when waking up.
Meanwhile, Protea Nutritional tea combines slow-fermented sencha tea with protein and electrolytes, helping to increase users' endurance for outdoor sports activities.
Yo-pro, a high-protein yuzu drinking yogurt, is full of amino acids that play a role in creating collagen in the body, keeping consumers' skin smooth and limiting wrinkles.
“The event demonstrated the business's strong commitment to developing high-quality products, based on more than 22 years of experience in the Vietnamese food ingredients industry,” said a representative of ACC.
The predecessor of AIG was Asia Chemical Company (ACC), founded by Nguyen Thien Truc 22 years ago. Initially operating in the commercial field and then gradually shifting to producing food ngredients, the company faced countless difficulties because it could not sell its products for a year.
