A seasoned business leader, Swain takes the helm to drive the next chapter of growth for this prominent steel structure supplier in the Asia Pacific.

Krishnakanth Kodukula, the outgoing general director, will transition to a new role as vice president overseeing all Zamil Steel Business Units globally.

Swain brings a wealth of experience to the table. Holding a B. Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Swain boasts a 38-year career focused on business performance improvement within the steel fabrication industry.

Since joining Zamil Industrial in 2000, he has excelled in various roles, including consultant and executive. His expertise spans pre-engineered buildings, structural steel, process equipment, and building components.

Swain has been instrumental to Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam's success since his arrival in 2023. He initially served as a consultant before rising to head of Planning and Performance and, ultimately, general director.

Swain's proven ability to build high-performing teams positions him perfectly to spearhead Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam's continued growth in the Asia Pacific. His leadership will unlock significant opportunities and ensure long-term success, solidifying the company's strategic advantage and leveraging its well-established reputation.
