Unilever Vietnam has been honoured at a range of CSR Awards by prestigious associations and organisations, attesting to the company's constant efforts on its journey to carry out the mission of making sustainable living commonplace in Vietnam.
Unilever Vietnam has just received the AmCham CSR Award from the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
The award pursues the goal of raising the awareness of member businesses and the community about social responsibility programmes and providing recognition to firms that have demonstrated their effective links between business operations and society, all while conducting business in a way that creates long-term economic and social value.

Unilever Vietnam's CSR programmes are designed not as ad-hoc or short-term activities but aim to create long-term benefits for the environment, people, and society. They solve issues that people care about, ensure the sustainability of the programme during operations, and have a broader impact on a national scale.
One of Unilever Vietnam's key programmes is women’s empowerment, contributing to driving gender equality in Vietnam with programmes such as Women Do Business by Sunlight.
The programme went viral across 32 provinces and cities. Having trained more than 100,000 women, it will be further expanded until 2027.
This led the company to win the first runner-up position at the WEPs Awards Asia-Pacific region 2022. Previously, Unilever Vietnam also received the Champion award at the Vietnam WEPs Awards in the category of Community Engagement and Partnerships.

In addition to action programmes that bring positive impacts to society and the environment, Unilever Vietnam also focuses on increasingly integrating sustainable development goals into its development roadmap to create opportunities for employees to participate in the mission of the company. Unilever Vietnam has therefore become the Champion in the category HR for Sustainability at the Vietnam HR Awards 2022.
