Triet Tran, solutions director at SAP Vietnam, also stressed the importance of creating a culture that relies on technology and systems to work.

"A typical business today will have three generations working together. He recommended that businesses should choose to apply the right tools, regularly train employees, and enhance decision-making based on data and technology.
