Chef Duy Trinh has trained for more than nine years at renowned international hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. These international-standard experiences have enhanced his palate and skills to prepare various high-quality Asian and European dishes and handle ingredients from many different cuisines.

With his burning passion for gastronomy and a pair of crafty hands, Trinh has breathed a new life into BUP restaurant’s menu, with highlights including top-notch seafood dishes from green mussel, salmon, squid, tiger prawn, and crab sourced from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan; state-of-the-art Western classics such as spaghetti, pan-seared salmon, and Australian rib-eye steak; as well as fun snacks such as crispy chicken skin in Hong Kong salt chilly or mochi ice-cream.

Especially for this summer, BUP awaits customers with 5*C chilled beer and the latest Upside-Down beer trend with three summery flavours: sweet peach, stylish strawberry, and cool blue Curacao.

In addition to the new and exciting chapter of BUP restaurant, from July 28, the restaurant is welcoming guests with a little surprise for those checking-in on their social media.
